Once again from the March 2012 issue of Beadwork magazine, I tried my hand at one of the charms from the Chain With Charm bracelet designed by Roxanne Rogers.
I chose the medium size charm for my project today. There are also a small and a large versons. The charm was easy to make, a simple size 15/0 peyote bezel around the center pearl and three additional pearls with a ring of 15/0 seed beads around each, accented with a picot on each smaller pearl loop. It was easy, but a little time consuming. I think this bracelet is pretty, but at my current beading speed (bpm) it would take a long time to make it.
Not only are you making small, medium and large charms with 15/0 beads, the chain consists of separately beaded links woven out of 11/0 beads. And once you think you are finished there is a beaded toggle to make and attach!

This was one of my favorite designs from that issue. I stitched up two of the medium-size charms, slipped them on some earwires, and they've been my go-to pair for a while!
